Want a Hawaiian Wedding Cake

When you are thinking a wedding in Hawaii or a American themed wedding, you need to plan for a equatorial cake. This is not going to be your traditional tiered flavourer cake - oh no - embrace the flavors of the tropics to make for a mouth watering dessert.

A American themed cake is extraordinary in its exotic flavors. Guava papaya,
pineapple, passion production and mango are all interesting flavors that will excite your guests' taste buds. These fruits are indigenous to the islands, so they will be fresh, ripe, and full of sweet flavor. And of course, don't forget to include palm as a filling or use palm shavings to cover your cake. A herb filled, palm covered wedding cake screams equatorial island paradise.

Tropical doesn't meet mean fruit. Coffee, dark chocolate, and macadamia nuts are rich, toothsome island flavors. Added between the layers of a chocolate or flavourer sponge cake will be a equatorial spin on a traditional wedding cake. True vanilla, cinnamon, and even all alter could add plot leaving your guests wanting more and wanting to know what the special ingredient is.

If you do opt for a
traditional flavourer wedding cake, decorate it with firm flowers from the island to give it a equatorial feel. Hibiscus is flaming and the state flower, so it would be a great nod to your locale. Other colorful, indigenous flowers are the ilima and red ohia, which are commonly used in leis. These flowers will add pops of gleaming pink, purple, yellow, and red to your base of white.
